2014 Jeep Cherokee is Priced Less than Jeep Liberty, Global Jeep has the Details

Recently on our blog, we have talked about the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee often, but that is because this model has generated the most buzz out of all Jeep models we've seen.

The latest news concerning the exciting new Jeep model is that it Chrysler will be pricing the brand for the starting price of $22,995 with a $995 destination fee. This comes out to being $400 less than the compact crossover Jeep Liberty which it will replace.  This shows that the Chrysler Group isn't messing around with its aggressive pricing to provide reliable, rugged and affordable vehicles to drivers in the North Plainfield, NJ area and beyond.

CEO of the Jeep brand, Mike Manley, details the draw of the new model to drivers, explaining, "The all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee is entering the largest SUV segment in North America with an unmatched combination of capability, fuel efficiency, technology, safety and value. "Jeep Cherokee is absolutely packed with content that includes numerous industry and segment 'firsts.'"1

The 2014 Cherokee is the first model from the Jeep brand to be built on a platform designed by Chrysler owner Fait and will draw its power from the efficient Fiat-designed 2.4-liter Tigershark MultiAir2 four-cylinder engine as standard. It will also offer the option of a new 3.2-liter variation of Chrysler's Pentastar V-6 engine.
